I often wondered if it was a "snitch" scar or a badge of honor as a bi-product of the game. The brutha had true talent... I would have loved to see him evolve. What the freak? OMAR? NOOOOOO! But after I thought about it, it was perfect having Kenard as the killer. No one on the streets actually believed that he did it, so it just added to the mystique that is Omar.
